Join Lee’s Chinese Martial Arts Federation in Raytown, Missouri and enjoy the benefits of our fitness and self-defense classes. We offer a wide range of private and group classes, including nutrition suggestions to help you make the most of each movement you make.

Private Classes

Member Rate: There are special discount for active and inactive students.

Program 1: For individuals who prefer a traditional program which involves stretching, forms, wooden dummy, testing preparation, and fighting (street defense, kick defense, wing chun sparring and wing chun fut grappling).

Program 2: Are for Those whose main focus is health and fitness. This program you are taught how to eat in a manner that burns fat and improve overall health. Learning the importance of stretching, how the lack of stretching can cause many other health problems. Then being taught stretches that are simple, you will be given a form to record your progress.


PRIVATE AND GROUP CLASSES OFFERED:

Lee's Chinese Martial Arts offers many different training or program options that you can choose from to fit your specific needs. These include:

1. Adult & Teen Self-Defense Classes:
Students learn fighting skills, including how to perform all classroom training drills, such as punches, steps, kicks, and wooden dummies. Students learned to fight, which you learn common street defenses such as boxers, kickboxers, wing chun sparring, and wing chun fut grappling. In this program, students have the option to take a belt test quarterly.

2. Adult & Teen Advanced Classes
This class includes all training and skills from above. Advanced fighting training in Wing Chun. Snake Style, Wing Chun fut grappling, and Chi Sau sparring on platforms. In addition, you will learn fighting in all 3 ranges: close range (body grabbing distance), short range (arm grabbing distance,) and long range (the attacker is approaching).

3. Health and self-defense skill training:
This class focuses primarily on fitness and health. This program teaches you how to eat in a manner that burns fat and improves overall health. Learning the importance of stretching and how the lack of stretching can cause many other health problems. However, students have the option to learn more or less self-defense skills. Testing is encouraged but is also optional.

4. Instructor Training Classes:
Students train with experienced Black Belt students so that progress can come at a much faster pace. Also, students will participate in teaching other students.

5. Kids class ages 6-12:
Students focus on discipline, self-control, respect, leadership, testing, self-defense, good behavior in or outside of school, and being a role model. The class's curriculum includes kick, punch, step routines, kick bags, and punch bag training. It also includes obstacle courses and balance tests. Everything is fun and challenging, but the way to see measurable outcomes is in their behavior. Kids get a lot of cardio, participating in fun games at the beginning and end of every class.
